KMAT Kerala Registration 2025: How to Fill Application Form, Fees, Last Date, Documents

The KMAT registration 2025 is expected to get started by the 5^th Week of January 2025 for Session 1. For this session, the KMAT 2025 application form last date is predicted to be in the 3^rd Week of February 2025. For Session 2, the KMAT registration 2025 will open probably by the 5^th Week of May 2025. The KMAT registration last date will be in the 2^nd Week of June 2025 (Tentative) for session 2.

KMAT Kerala is a state-level management aptitude test which is conducted twice a year in 2 sessions which are Session 1 and Session 2, by the Office of the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala.

The KMAT 2025 registration fees can be paid through the online mode only. Candidates can opt any one of the following payment modes to pay the KMAT Kerala application fees:

Aspirants can access the KMAT online application form through “cee.kerala.gov.in”. In order to register for the exam and to fill the KMAT application form, follow all 5 mandatory steps that are given below:

Step 1: Registration

• Go to the official website “cee.kerala.gov.in” and click on the ‘KMAT 2025-Online Application’ option.
• Generate a strong & unique password as per the instructions. Note the Application Number and Password for future reference.

*During the registration (one time online process) candidates will get an auto generated ‘Application Number’

Step 2: Fill the Application Form

• Fill the basic information such as asked personal details, address, qualification details, and select the city codes (4 preferences).
• Afterwards, click on the ‘Save and Finalise’ button.

*Fill all the accurate information; providing any kind of inappropriate / false data will impact the eligibility of the candidate.

Step 3: Pay the Application Fees

• After successfully filling-in the essential information in the application form, candidates have to pay the applicable application fees.

*After successful payment, candidates will be redirected to the home page, where the ‘Pay Application Fee’ tab will turn green, then they can proceed for the next step. In case of an unsuccessful transaction, the deducted amount will get refunded.

Step 4: Upload the Documents

• Upload the necessary documents i.e., photograph and signature in the prescribed JPEG format.

Step 5: Print the Application Form

• After completing all the above-given steps, click on the ‘Print Acknowledgement Page’ option to take the printout of the application form.

Special Points to Consider:

While filling the application form of KMAT Kerala 2025, the students need to consider the points mentioned below:

• False and fabricated information in the application will get rejected and the candidate has to face the cancellation of candidature. Such cases will be observed as an act of criminal offense.
• Applications with incomplete information and not in the prescribed format will get rejected.
• Candidates must note that they cannot withdraw the submitted application for KMAT 2025.
• Once the application fee is submitted, it will be non-refundable. It is to be noted that only the deduction of fees from the account cannot be considered as the proof of fee payment.

At the time of filling the application form, candidates need to upload the necessary documents in the given format. Following are the instructions to upload the documents on the basis of which the applications will be accepted or rejected:

• Photograph: It must be passport-size, recent, colored, with a light colored background. Photographs with goggles, caps, and spectacles will not be accepted. Computer Generated Polaroid and Mobile Phone photos will be rejected.
• Signature: It must be done on a plain white paper with blue / black ink pen. The signature should be completely and clearly visible.

Additional Instructions

Below-given are some additional instructions regarding the file size and dimensions for uploading the scanned images of documents:

The window for correction of the documents is expected to be opened in the 3^rd Week of February 2025 for Session 1 and in the 3^rd Week of June 2025 for Session 2. Applicants can make changes in the documents uploaded in the application form, at the given time only. Regarding corrections in the application form, candidates can only modify the files of their photos and signature.

To make corrections in the documents during the window, follow the below-mentioned steps:

• Visit the home page at “cee.kerala.gov.in”.
• Login with the requisite credentials which are Application Number and Password
• Click on the ‘Memo Details’ option.
• Upload the updated photograph and signature in the appropriate format.

*Candidates have to send an email  to the exam conducting body related to any correction requests for profile details including Name, Gender, Mobile Number, Date of Birth, Nationality, and E-mail ID.

Applicants who want to get admission into the MBA course can apply for the Kerala Management Aptitude Test. Before proceeding for KMAT Kerala 2025 registration, candidates must fulfil the Eligibility Criteria.

As per the KMAT Kerala eligibility criteria, candidates must have completed the 3 year graduation course in Management / Arts / Commerce / Engineering / Science / other equivalent streams. Applicants appearing in the last year of the qualifying exam are also eligible to apply for the management entrance test. Both Indians and Foreign Nationals are eligible to appear. Also, there is no age limit for KMAT Registration 2025.
