KEAM Registration 2025: How to Fill Application Form, Fees, Last Date, Documents

The registration for KEAM 2025 is predicted to get started by the last week of March 2025. The Office of the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE) i.e., the exam conducting authority will soon release the KEAM registration 2025 form on the official website “cee.kerala.gov.in”. The Kerala Engineering Architecture and Medical (KEAM) Entrance Exam is conducted once in a year. This state-level entrance examination is held to offer admission to students in Engineering and Pharmacy courses. Meanwhile, various other professional UG and PG courses are offered under the KEAM CAP by different colleges and no KEAM entrance test is conducted for these. However, students seeking admission in these courses can register & apply for the KEAM exam. The application for the test is accepted only through online mode via the official website that is “cee.kerala.gov.in”.

To appear in the examination, candidates have to apply before the KEAM 2025 application form last date. Candidates have to pay the application fees online through any one of the following modes:

• Credit Card
• Debit card
• Internet Banking

The fee structure of KEAM is classified as per courses for different categories. Students must note that once the payment of application fees is done, it will not be refunded. Aspiring candidates of KEAM 2025 can check out the below-given table to know the fee details:

* For students belonging to ST category, the application form fee is Nil.

* Note: All the Candidates including (ST / SC) opting ‘Dubai’ as exam centre will have to submit an additional fee of Rs. 15,000/- through the online mode of payment.

To submit the application, candidates have to visit the official website “cee.kerala.gov.in”. The application process for KEAM includes the registration, filling the online form, payment of the exam form fees, uploading the documents, etc. As per the CEE, candidates can submit only one application at a time while applying for any one or all the courses.

To get successfully registered for the KEAM 2025, candidates are advised to complete all the necessary steps. Follow the below-given process to complete the KEAM registration & application form 2025.

Step 1: Registration

• Visit the official website “cee.kerala.gov.in” and click on the “KEAM 2025 Online Application” link.
• Candidates will get an auto generated application number; then they have to create a strong password.
• Re-enter the password for confirmation.

* Students need to note the password to re-login on the dashboard whenever required till the end of KEAM 2025 seat allotment procedure.

Step 2: Fill the Application Form

• Fill the asked information such as personal details, contact details, educational qualification in the application form.
• After filling the necessary details, candidates can preview the page and click on the “Save & Preview” tab to proceed further.

* No changes will be possible after finalising the page and clicking on the “Save & Preview” tab.

Step 3: Pay the Application Form Fees

• Candidates have to make the fee payment of the application form online through any of the available payment modes.

* Once the fee payment is successfully done, a message of ‘Transaction Successful’ will appear on the screen. In case of unsuccessful payment, candidates will get a message of ‘Transaction Unsuccessful’on the screen. In this case, the payment needs to be made again. If the payment is already deducted for an unsuccessful transaction, it will be refunded within 5-7 working days.

Step 4: Upload the Documents

• Afterwards, candidates have to upload the PDF document of the recent passport size photograph and signature in JPEG format and required dimensions.

* All the mandatory documents along with other supporting documents need to be uploaded (as applicable for various claims).

Step 5: Print the Final Page

• After completing all the above steps, candidates are advised to take a print out of the application form for the future reference.

Before applying for the KEAM exam, candidates have to keep the following documents ready in PDF format at the time of registration (mandatorily) and have to upload the following documents in PDF format only:

• 10^th class or equivalent certificate
• Certificate for nativity proof 
• A Certificate for proof of Date of Birth
