KCET Registration 2025: How to Fill Application Form, Fees, Last Date, Documents

The KCET Registration 2025 is expected to be started in the 2^nd week of January 2025. When the registration / application will be open, candidates have to register themselves and fill the application form on the official website “cetonline.karnataka.gov.in” before the KCET registration last date. Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) is the conducting body of KCET which is conducted once in a year. Through this entrance test, candidates can seek admission into UG courses such as Engineering / Technology, Farm sciences (B.Sc Hons. - Agriculture / Sericulture), B.Pharma, D.Pharma, Veterinary, B.Sc Nursing programs in Karnataka.

For admission to B.P.T. , BPO, B.Sc. Allied Health Sciences Courses, candidates have to register for UCET-2025 mandatorily but no exam will be conducted for them.

For admission to Medical, Dental, and AYUSH (Ayurveda, Naturopathy & Yoga, Unani, Siddha, Homeopathy) courses, candidates have to qualify the UG-NEET and For admission to Architecture courses, students must qualify the NATA entrance exam. But still, these students need to register for the UG-CET / KCET exam.

The application form for Karnataka CET entrance test 2025 conducted by KEA is required to be filled and submitted online. Candidates have to pay the form fees through debit / credit card, net banking, UPI and other modes. The fee varies for the candidates belonging to different categories.

The below-given table consists of KCET 2025 application form fees:

*For ST / SC / OBC (Category - 1) candidates, an income certificate is required to get the benefit of fee exemption.

Candidates appearing for Karnataka Common Entrance need to meet the KCET eligibility criteria 2025 before proceeding for the registration. After fulfilling the necessary requirements, students can follow the below-given steps:

Step 1: Log in to the official website of KEA “cetonline.karnataka.gov.in”

Step 2: Click on the “UGCET 2025 Online Application”

Step 3: Afterwards, go to “New User? Click Here to Register”.

Step 4: Fill in all the asked information in the registration form and then submit it.

Step 5: After completing the registration, an Application Number and User ID will be displayed on the screen and candidates will receive the same on their registered mobile number.

Step 6: In the next step, log in on the page by using the User ID and Password. After successful login, complete the details required in the application form in chronological order such as:

• General Details
• Reservation
• RD details
• Study Details

Step 7: Afterwards, look for the ‘Reservation Menu’ and upload the scanned images of below-listed documents separately (in the required format) under the same:

• Photograph
• Signature
• Thumb impression of the Left Hand

*Verify the entries related to Reserved Category, Annual Income, 371 (j) RD Number, Study in Kannada Medium, Study in Rural area, Special category, etc. Candidates can modify their information before final submission.

Step 9: After filling all the necessary details and carefully checking the same, select the declaration tick box.

Step 10: Select the mode of payment and pay the applicable fees.

Step 11: At last, the candidate has to download and take the print out of the application form.

*To complete the KCET application form 2025, candidates must undergo all the above mentioned steps without any failure.

*Candidates can take extra copies of submitted application form, proof of paid fees and printouts of scanned and uploaded photographs for future reference.

The candidates need to consider the below-given documents that are required to fill in the details at the time of registration / application:

• Marks card of class 10^th
• 12^th Mark sheet (applicable to previous year students) 
• Scanned image of Recent Photograph, Signature and Thumb impression of Left Hand.
• Caste / Income Certificate / 371 (j) / Reservation certificates (as required to enter the RD number if applicable).

• Rural Study Certificate

• Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (NCLC)

*The students have to keep Reservation Certificates to claim the applicable reservation.
