JEECUP Registration 2025: How to Fill Application Form, Fees, Last Date, Documents

The JEECUP Registration 2025 is expected to be started by the 2^nd Week of January 2025. Candidates will be able to apply before the JEECUP registration last date which will be in the 2^nd Week of May 2025 (tentative). The JEECUP exam will likely be held in the month of June 2025. The exam will be conducted for various course groups, ranging from A to I, L & K.

The UPJEE(P) / JEECUP is a state-level entrance exam conducted by the Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh for admissions into various polytechnic courses in the Institutes of the state. Students are required to apply through the exam’s official website “jeecup.admissions.nic.in” only before the JEECUP 2025 application form last date.

• Net Banking
• UPI

Aspirants have to fill the JEECUP application form 2025 within the specified dates by the exam authority. At the time of online application, students need to fill in all the asked information carefully. Follow the below-given steps in order to complete the JEECUP 2025 registration and application process:

Step 1: Registration

To register for the exam, visit the official website “jeecup.admissions.nic.in”. At the time of registration, candidates have to fill the following details:

• Candidate’s Name
• Father’s Name
• Mother’ Name
• Date of Birth
• Gender
• Identity Type
• Identity Number
• Present Address
• Permanent Address
• Choose Password
• Enter Security Pin

Step 2: Fill the Application Form

After the registration, on the application page, students have to enter the below-given information while filling-in the JEECUP 2025 application form:

• Academic Details
• Domicile
• Category
• Sub-Category
• Exam Centre

Step 3: Upload the Documents

Afterwards, students have to upload the scanned copies of the required documents including Photograph and Signature in the prescribed format only.

Step 4: Pay the Application Fees

At the last stage of the application for JEECUP 2025, students have to pay the applicable application form fees through any of the given online modes.

*Students can apply for a maximum of 4 applications for any of the groups from A to I, L and K. In case, if the students want to apply for more than one group then they have to submit a separate application for each group.

Special Points to Consider:

Below-mentioned are some special points that need to be considered at the time of filling the online application form:

• Before proceeding for the registration / application process of the JEECUP Exam, students must ensure to have an active mobile number and valid Email ID to receive the important information and OTP. It will also help in re-login to the dashboard, in case the candidates forget their password.
• The details mentioned in the application form must be true; if any detail is found to be false, then the candidature of the student will get cancelled automatically.
• The examination board will not be responsible to verify the details such as category, sub-category and academic qualification mentioned by the candidates in their application form. Also, applicants will have to submit the relevant certificate as a proof of authenticity. If they fail to prove it, then the candidature of the applicant will be cancelled by the authorities.
• In the application form, the Candidate’s Name, Parent’s Name, Date of Birth, must be filled as per mentioned in the 12^th or equivalent qualifying examination Marksheet.
• If the candidates face any problem or difficulty while filling the application form, then they can refer to the register grievance facility on the student’s login. They can register their issue that will be resolved by the council.
• Applicants can keep the hard copy of the filled application form for future reference. Also, they have to send the completely filled application form to the following office address of Joint Entrance Examination Council:

The exam conducting authority of UPJEE(P)/JEECUP 2025 offers the facility for applicants to correct any mistakes in the information filled in the online application form. The correction window is expected to be open in the month of May 2025.

Through the correction facility, students will be able to edit their name, parent’s name, date of birth, gender, group, category, sub-category and other fields in the application form. To make corrections, candidates will have to visit the JEECUP 2025 official website once the correction window will be open.

As per the Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh students must ensure to fulfil the prescribed eligibility before filling the JEECUP application form 2025. In accordance with the JEECUP Eligibility Criteria 2025, the student must have completed 14 years of age in the academic year 2025.

The applicant must be a citizen of India and should be medically fit on the basis of course wise suitability. The educational qualification depends upon the course groups so the candidate must have passed or appeared in the qualifying exam as required for the relevant course.
