INI CET is a National Level Examination which is conducted by AIIMS Delhi in 2 sessions which are January and July. To appear for the INI CET exam 2025 July session, candidates can register till the 2^nd Week of April 2025 (tentative). Through INI CET, students can get admission in PG courses offered by the participating Institutes.

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi conducts the INI CET exam for admission in MD, MS, MCh, DM, and MDS courses offered by all AIIMS, JIPMER - Puducherry, NIMHANS - Bengaluru, PGIMER - Chandigarh, and SCTIMST - Trivandrum.

The INI CET - Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test is conducted twice a year in 2 sessions that are January and July. The exam for January session was done on 10^th November 2024 and for July session, it will be conducted on 18^th May 2025.

Students have to verify the INI CET 2025 Eligibility Criteria to begin with the registration process of the exam. Following is the minimum eligibility criteria of the INI CET exam 2025:

• Academic Qualifications: Passed a qualifying examination along with 12 months rotating Internship / Practical Training in respective discipline and obtained at least 55% marks for all categories including OBC / EWS (5% relaxation in marks to SC / ST category candidates).
• Age Limit: No age limit is prescribed.
• Nationality: Must be an Indian National, Foreign Citizen, and OCI / PIO card holder.

Students will be able to online register for the INI CET exam 2025 tentatively from 4^th Week of March 2025. Eligible aspirants have to complete the INI CET 2025 Registration process before the last date i.e., 2^nd Week of April 2025 (tentative).

The INI CET 2025 Syllabus (for July session) includes three subjects which further have various topics and sub-topics. Students preparing as per the exam syllabus are most likely to get higher scores in the test. The INI CET exam is an Online - Computer Based Test which is conducted for a total of 3 Hours i.e., 180 Minutes. On the basis of INI CET 2025 Exam Pattern, the test paper will have a total of 200 Objective Type Questions / Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).

The INI CET question paper 2025 for July sessions will be segregated into 4 sections / parts and each one will contain 50 questions. For each part, the authorities have set a sectional time limit of 45 Minutes. 1 Mark will be granted to the aspirants for every right answer and negative marking of -1/3 will be applicable for every wrong answer. Moreover, no marks are deducted for unmarked / unanswered questions.

The INI CET 2025 Admit Card for July session will be made available by the AIIMS Delhi probably in the 3^rd Week of May 2025. Candidates who have successfully completed all 3 stages of the application process will be able to access the admit card.

Registered students have to visit the official website of the test i.e., “aiimsexams.ac.in” and log in using Registration ID, Password, and Exam Unique Code (EUC) to download the admit card. Students will not be provided an entry inside the examination hall without the admit card / hall ticket.

The INI CET exam 2025 will be conducted by the AIIMS Delhi in approx 100 to 135 cities, across the Nation. During the completion of application, candidates have to opt for 3 INI CET 2025 Exam Centres / Cities as per their preference from the below-listed options:

Students who seek admission in their desired PG course offered by the participating Institutes through INI CET should prepare effectively for the test. Below-given are the INI CET 2025 Preparation tips which will aid candidates in scoring good marks in the exam:

• Candidates should cover all the topics prescribed in the INI CET syllabus 2025.
• Practising with mock tests and sample papers will assist students in self analysing their weak areas which require improvement.
• By making an effective schedule and sticking to it for preparation will help aspirants in getting better results.
• To effectively revise the entire syllabus of the entrance exam, aspirants are advised to make hand-written notes, flowcharts, etc.
• Students should study in a positive environment to maintain their focus on the exam preparation.

Candidates have to adhere to the guidelines / instructions set by the AIIMS Delhi (the conducting body) on the exam day to avoid any issues. Following are the guidelines that must be followed by the candidates:

• To avoid last-minute hassle on the exam day, students should reach the test centre before the beginning time of INI CET.
• At the test centre, aspirants need to carry their 2 passport size photographs along with a Valid Photo ID proof such as an Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Voter ID Card / Passport, etc.
• Students must bring the hard / printed copy of their admit card / hall ticket as it will be required to get an entry inside the test centre.
• Candidates are prohibited to carry any type of electronic devices and personal items inside the examination hall.
• Students are not allowed to bring any paper for rough work inside the exam centre; they can use the back of the admit card for this purpose. In addition to this, one rough sheet will be provided to the candidates.
• It is compulsory for the aspirants to return the rough sheet to the invigilator at the end of the exam; failing to do that will lead to the cancellation of candidature.

INI CET aspirants should include solving past year question papers in their test preparation strategy to score good marks in the exam. INI CET Sample Papers will assist the students in understanding the test pattern such as the marking scheme, and various other aspects of the exam.

Solving INI CET Previous Year Question Papers will aid the students in understanding the type of question they can expect in the exam. Downloading and practising past year papers is regarded as one of the most effective resources to enhance the exam preparation level.

Solving INI CET 2025 Mock Test will aid students in getting insights about the examination. Students are recommended to solve the mock test a few days before the INI CET exam 2025 to analyse their performance in terms of their test preparation.

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi will announce the INI CET 2025 Result for July session on 24^th May 2025, which will be prepared on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the Online - Computer Based Test exam.

Students will be able to download the INI CET result PDF from the exam’s official website i.e., “aiimsexams.ac.in”. The result PDF will include the roll number wise list of provisionally qualified candidates. To download the INI CET Score / Rank card, students need to login on the exam’s official website with Candidate ID and Password.

For the July session, AIIMS Delhi will be releasing the INI CET 2025 Cut off along with the result. The cut-off list will highlight the minimum percentile marks students should secure in the entrance exam in order to participate in the counselling process.

On the basis of January session cut-off list, the minimum INI CET qualifying percentile for the Unreserved / EWS / Sponsored / Deputed / Foreign Nationals / OCI is 50^th percentile, for OBC, SC, ST, PwBD, and Bhutanese Nationals (PGI-Chandigarh only) category students is 45^th percentile. Students need to keep the cut-off percentile in consideration and prepare accordingly. It is to be noted that the cut-off for every session may be different.

Students who will qualify the minimum cut-off criteria issued by the AIIMS Delhi will be eligible to participate in the counselling / selection process to get admission in their desired Institutes. For the July session, the authorities will conduct the 4 rounds of INI CET 2025 Counselling including the mock and open rounds.

Eligible & qualified aspirants are required to register online for counselling on “aiimsexams.ac.in” and lock the choices of institutes and courses. Once all the formalities are completed, the authorities will announce the INI CET 2025 Seat Allotment result. Students should know that after the seat allotment results are out, they have to report at their allotted Institutes before the deadline.

The authorities have set INI CET tie-breaking policy for cases wherein two or more students secure the same marks / rank in the entrance exam. The inert-se merit will be provided on the basis of the below-given tie-breaking criteria:

• Candidates who have less ratio of wrong marked questions (incorrect answers).
• If the tie still exists, students who are older by age will be awarded with a INI CET rank.
