IIITH UGEE Registration 2025: How to Fill Application Form, Fees, Last Date, Documents

The beginning of IIITH UGEE registration 2025 will likely be in the 2^nd Week of February 2025. Aspirants have to fill and submit application forms through online mode only. Candidates are required to follow the below-given step-by-step registration and application process.

Registration

In the registration form, the information with a ‘red dot’ is mandatory to fulfill. To complete the registration, refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Visit the exam’s official website “ugadmissions.iiit.ac.in”.

Step 2: Go to the ‘Application’ tab on the home page that will redirect to a new ‘Login’ page.

Step 3: Tap on the “New Users Click here to Register” option or candidates can directly click on the ‘Registration Form’ tab.

Step 4: Fill the below-mentioned essential information in the registration form:

• Personal Details: Candidate’s Full Name (As per 10th Standard Certificate), Gender, Mother Tongue, Date of Birth etc.
• Family Details: Parents Details (Father and Mother) and Sibling Details
• Income Details: Family Income Level (per year)
• Address Details: Complete address of residence with Country, State / Union Territory, City / Town / Village with PIN Code.
• Login Details: Email Address, Password for Login (Minimum six characters, at least one upper case and one numeric character), Mobile Number (Without country code), and other asked information.

Step 5: After carefully checking all the filled information, click on the “Save and Proceed” button to complete the registration.

*Candidates who have already completed the registration process can skip above mentioned steps and directly proceed to fill the application form.

Fill the Application Form

In order to fill the application form, students can follow the below-stated steps:

Step 1: Navigate the official website “ugadmissions.iiit.ac.in” and go to the ‘Application’ tab to get redirected to the ‘Login’ page.

Step 2: Already registered candidates can directly login by entering their User ID and Password. Afterwards, click on the “Login” option to process further.

Step 3: Fill-in all the necessary details in the required fields of the application form.

Step 4: Pay the applicable application fees online by selecting any of the available modes.

Step 5: Submit the application form only after previewing the entered information carefully.

IIITH UGEE registered candidates who forget their password can retrieve it by following the below-given steps:

• Go to the official website “ugadmissions.iiit.ac.in” and tap the ‘Application’ tab.
• On the login page, press the “Forgot your Password” button.
• Enter the registered User ID in the given field.
• Click on the ‘Submit’ tab to reset the password.

As per the IIITH UGEE Eligibility Criteria 2025, the candidates must have completed 10+2 or equivalent qualification with PCM. Also, there is no minimum or maximum age limit criteria for the aspirants of IIITH UGEE exam.
