• NEFT / Bank Transfer

For Indian Nationals

Indian students can register for the exam with the below-stated procedure:

• Visit the official website of the exam “echat.elink.in” and click the “Register” button.
• A registration form will be displayed; fill in the details correctly like Email ID, Mobile Number, Password, Campus, and Whatsapp Number. Now, click the “Register” tab.
• An OTP will be sent to the provided email ID and mobile number; enter the OTP in the designated space to validate the form.

For International Students

Candidates who have an International mobile number or students who are from outside India can follow the below discussed steps of registration:

• Navigate “echat.elink.in” and click the “Register” button displayed on the website.
• A registration page will open; click the “International Students Register Here” tab.
• Now, enter the information correctly such as Country, Passport Number, Campus, Whatsapp Number, Email ID, Mobile Number, and Password. Afterwards, click the “Register” button.

Step 2: Fill-in the Application Form

Post registration, Indian and International aspirants can fill-in the exam’s application form with the following process:

For Indian Nationals

The Indian nationals choosing to fill-in the application form online are required to go through the following procedure to fill the form:

• On the official website, click the “Login” button available.
• Login using the eCHAT Number / Email ID & Password. Then, press the “Login to Your Account” button.
• Enter the Candidate’s Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Guardian’s Name & their occupation, and other required details.
• Following the above, fill-in the address and contact details. Now, enter the academic qualifications of the 10^th & 12^th class and Graduation.
• After this, select the IIHM eCHAT exam date slot and centre from the displayed list of exam centres.
• Upload the candidate’s photograph, educational qualification Marksheets, residential proof, and other required documents in the prescribed format.
• After completing the above-mentioned procedure, make the payment of application fee using any one of the payment methods displayed on the screen. Additionally, upload the photo / scan image of the successful Payment Challan / Deposit Slip. Then, click the “Update Payment” button.

* If the applicants have made any mistake in uploading the payment receipt then, they can re-upload it within 48 hours of IIHM eCHAT form submission.

• The exam conducting authority will verify the payment & process the application form.

For International Students

Candidates are required to note that it is mandatory for them to fulfil the eligibility conditions set by the exam conducting authority before completing their IIHM eCHAT registration 2025. As per the IIHM eCHAT Eligibility Criteria 2025, aspiring students need to be 12^th class passed / other equivalent and should have studied English as one of the subjects in the same.
