The GSHSEB i.e., the exam conducting body will begin the GUJCET 2025 Registration process from 17th December 2024. The registration will be done online on “gseb.org” (the exam conducting body’s website). Eligible candidates will be able to apply for the GUJCET exam 2025 till the last date which is 31st December 2024.
Once the registration starts, students need to navigate “gseb.org” and enter the Email ID & Mobile Number and create a password to register for the exam. Afterwards, they need to pay the examination fee and login with the required credentials on “gseb.org” or “gujcet.gseb.org” to complete the process by filling in the details of the application form.

Every year, the GUJCET exam syllabus is set by its conducting body which is Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB), Gandhinagar. The syllabus is designed on the basis of Class 11th and 12th curriculum prescribed by the Gujarat State Board. In the GUJCET 2025 Syllabus, following subjects are included:
* Students seeking admission in the Engineering / Technology program need to study PCM (Group A), PCB (Group B) for Pharmacy courses. Moreover, the PCMB (Group AB) is for admission in any of the Engineering and Pharmacy programs.

The exam will be held in the Pen and Paper-based mode on Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) sheet in accordance with the GUJCET 2025 Exam Pattern. The authorities have set the time limit to appear in the exam which is 3 Hours (180 Minutes). For admission in Engineering Course, the exam paper will comprise questions from PCB / PCMB group. Whereas for admission in the Pharmacy course, the test paper will include the questions from the PCB / PCMB group.
In the GUJCET exam 2025, there will be a total of 120 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs); 40 MCQs from each subject. 1 Mark will be awarded to the candidates for every correct answer and -0.25 marks will be negatively marked for every incorrect answer.
