GMAT Registration 2025 (Closed): How to Fill Application Form, Fees, Last Date, Documents

GMAT Registration 2025 is open round the year for admissions in around 7700+ MBA & other Graduate Business Programs in more than 2400 Institutes & Universities worldwide. * Candidates are allowed to take the test 5 times in a year through remote proctored / centre based online mode combined; students must use the same login credentials to register for the GMAT entrance test again.

There are multiple payment options available for GMAT Registration 2025. Students can pay the registration fee of the GMAT exam through Credit Card or Debit Card.

• For Centre-Based Online Test, students are required to pay a Registration Fee of US $275.
• For Remote Proctored Online Test, applicants will have to pay a Registration Fee of US $300.

* Master Card, American Express, VISA, Discover Network Cards are accepted for payment.

* Students must ensure that they reschedule / cancel their exam appointment at least 24 hours before the commencement of exam or else, their Registration Fee will not be refunded.

Aspirants who meet the GMAT eligibility criteria 2025 can register themselves online for the exam by following the step-by-step process given below:

Step 1: Online GMAT Registration 2025 / Login:

• Students must visit the official website of GMAT entrance examination on “mba.com” & register themselves by entering basic details such as their First Name, Last Name, Email ID & Password.
  
• If already registered, they can directly login using credentials such as Email ID & Password, respectively.
  

Step 2: Enter Personal Details

• Post login, candidates have to fill in their personal information like:
  • Full Name (as given in the official ID card)
  • Preferred Language
  • Contact Details
  • Date of Birth
  • Country of Citizenship

Step 3: Fill-in the Academic & Work Profile Details

• Here, students are required to give their Academic details such as marks of the previously completed qualifications, GPA (Grade Point Average), etc.
• Other optional details such as Work Experience (if any) & Plan of Further Study can also be mentioned in the Application Form.

Step 4: Choose the Exam & Preferred Mode

• Here, candidates have to select the Exam i.e., GMAT that they are applying for.
• There are 2 modes of examination which are Remote Proctored & Centre Based. Applicants can choose one of the modes as per their convenience.

Step 5: Select the Test Centre

• If the candidate wishes to take the GMAT test via Centre Based mode, they must additionally choose a preferred Test Centre.
