- For UG Programs (except LL.B & B.Tech Lateral Entry): Passed or appearing in Class 12th in relevant subjects.
* Students who have a UG degree in concerned discipline are eligible for the LL.B program. In addition to this, diploma holders can apply for a B.Tech Lateral Entry course.
- For PG Programs: Qualified or pursuing the Bachelors degree in relevant streams respective to the courses.

Age Limit: The age limit differs as per the courses in which students are applying for admission in CUSAT.

- If the students belonging to the Kerala Scheduled Caste (KSC) and Kerala Scheduled Tribe (KST) communities have passed the qualifying examination with the specified minimum marks, they will be considered eligible to apply for the CUSAT CAT 2025 exam.
