BITSAT Eligibility Criteria 2025: Check Nationality, Age Limit, Aggregate Score & Qualifications

To be eligible for BITSAT 2025, candidates must have qualified Class 12^th / equivalent with PCM / PCB & English. BITSAT eligibility can be checked on the official website i.e., “www.bitsadmission.com”. Candidates must know that they cannot appear for the exam until they meet the BITSAT 2025 eligibility criteria.

A candidate who does not fit into the BISTAT 2025 eligibility criteria will not be able to appear for the exam. The eligibility criteria for admission into Integrated First Degree courses of BITS through BITSAT are defined-below:

• Educational Qualifications: Candidates required to have at least 75% marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination and minimum 60% marks in each subject listed-below according to the courses:

• Age Criteria: BITS Pilani have not prescribed any age limit to appear for BITSAT.
• Nationality: Both Indian and Non-Indian candidates are eligible for the exam, but an International candidate must have a Foreign Passport other than Indian.

Important Points to Consider:

Students should consider the following points in regards with the BITSAT 2025 eligibility criteria:

• A candidate who is currently studying in any one of the BITS campuses is prohibited to appear for the exam.
• Candidates appearing in their Class 12^th in 2025 or passed the same exam in the year 2024 are considered eligible for the BITSAT.
• As per the BITSATAspirants who have completed their Class 12^th in 2023 or earlier are not allowed to give the BITSAT exam.

According to the Section 2® of the RPwD Act, 2016, Person with Benchmark Disability, candidates with at least 40% of a specified disability can apply for availing extra facilities during the exam. Students should know that they are required to have a Disability Certificate to avail any extra services.

* Once the students satisfy the eligibility criteria, they should immediately start their exam preparation through BITSAT Syllabus 2025 and BITSAT exam pattern 2025.

Direct Admission in the BITS campuses are granted to only those students who have secured 1^st rank in their Class 12^th Board exam regardless of their BITSAT 2025 score.

First rankers of PCB subjects are allowed to apply only for Pharmacy courses in BITS.

*Candidates must know that apart from being the first ranker, they must check the prescribed eligibility criteria (if any) of the BITS Pilani Institute in which they are seeking admission.
