BITSAT Registration 2025: How to Fill Application Form, Fees, Last Date, Documents

BITSAT is an Online – Computer Based Test; BITSAT 2025 registration will begin in the 3^rd Week of January 2025. The exam is conducted by the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani in two sessions i.e., I and II. Candidates interested to appear in the exam must apply through “www.bitsadmission.com”. Students should register & apply for the exam before the BITSAT 2025 registration last date.

For choosing Dubai as Test Centre City:

Note: Additional Fee of Rs.2000/- will be applicable if candidates who choose to apply for Session I at Dubai want to appear also for the Session II.

It is necessary for the appearing candidates that they have fulfilled the BITSAT eligibility criteria 2025 to apply for the exam. Below-listed is the step-by-step process to fill the BITSAT application form 2025:

Step 1: Visit “www.bitsadmission.com”.

Step 2: Press the “Register” tab available on the homepage of the website.

Step 3: Enter the below-given details:

• Personal Details: It includes following sections:
  • Candidates Name
  • Father’s Name
  • Mother’s Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Parent’s Contact Number
• Email ID
• Candidates Mobile Number (To receive OTP through SMS)

*From the drop down menu, students have to choose the Country Code. To get OTP, candidates with an Indian phone number must select the “+91” as a Country Code. However, candidates having International mobile number will receive an OTP through Email for the Email ID verification.

Step 4: Read the Declaration and Enter the Captcha as shown on the screen.

Step 5: Click the “Submit” icon to complete the registration process. An Application Number and Password will be displayed on the screen; note down the same for the future requirements.

* Aspirants will also get an Email and SMS containing Application Number and Password to Login.

Step 6: After successfully completing the registration process, click on the “Go to Application” icon.

* Already registered candidates can directly Login with the previously generated Application Number and Password; click on the “Login” tab present on the homepage of “www.bitsadmission.com”.

Step 7: Fill in all the details of the BITSAT exam Application Form such as:

• Personal Details like Candidate’s Name, Gender, DOB, Parent’s Name, Category, Photo ID etc.
• Address Details
• Academic Qualifications Details
• Test City

* For Test Centre in India, candidates can choose maximum 3 Test Cities of their preference. Whereas, candidates selecting for Dubai center will be allowed to have only one preference.

Step 8: After filling the form, candidates have to Scan and Upload the Image of their Passport Size Photograph and Signature.

Step 9: Complete the Payment of Application Fee reflected on the screen by choosing any one of the Payment Methods from below:

• Net Banking
• UPI
• Debit Card
• Credit Card

Step 9: Click on the “Preview” tab to re-check the filled details in the Application Form.

Step 10: Afterwards, read the declaration and click on the “I Agree” checkbox.

Step 11: Enter the Captcha and press the “Submit” button for final submission of the form.

* After registering successfully on the exam’s website, candidates are advised to check the BITSAT exam pattern 2025 to prepare accordingly.

Students filling the Application Form need to scan and upload the below-given documents:

• Passport Size Photograph
• Date of Birth Proof (DOB Certificate / Class 10^th Marksheet)
• Qualifying Examination Certificate
• Class 10^th & 12^th Marksheet
• Signature

* At the time of filling the applications form, applicants have to upload their scanned Passport Size Photo and Signature in JPEG / JPG / PNG / BMP format.

The BITSAT application form edit window will be opened by the BITS Pilani – the exam conducting body. For Session I, it is most likely to start in the Month of April 2025 and for Session II, probably in the Month of June 2025.
