Age Limit
There is no age criteria prescribed by the conducting body i.e., Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) for admission in Engineering Programs through BCECE. However, for Pharmaceutical & Medical Courses, students should be at least 17 years old.
Nationality
As stated in the BCECE eligibility criteria 2025, only those candidates who are Indian nationals will be allowed to take the exam.

Note: Students who have not completed their education in Bihar but are claiming the BCECE eligibility criteria 2025 on the basis of the fact that their parents have been a permanent resident of Bihar for 10 years or more must produce a Certificate. The Certificate should be issued by the Institution from where the student is currently studying along with his / her permanent address that is recorded in the Admission Register of the Institution.
