BCECE Registration 2025: How to Fill Application Form, Fees, Last Date, Documents

The beginning of BCECE registration 2025 is anticipated by the 3^rd Week of April 2025. The interested candidates have to apply before the BCECE registration last date i.e., 4^th Week of May2025 (tentative). The BCECE exam is expected to be conducted in July 2025.

The BCECE is a state-level exam that is conducted once in a year by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) for admission to the UG courses in Engineering, Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical, and Agriculture discipline in the Colleges / Institutes of Bihar.

The exam conducting authority has classified the different subject combinations that are PCB / PCM / CBA / PCA / MBA / MCA / PCMB. Aspirants of BCECE 2025 have to select any 1 of the specified groups as per the course for which they want to apply, while filling-in the application form.

The application fees for BCECE 2025 exam will need to be filled through online mode. Applicants can choose any of the following payment modes in order to pay the registration fee:

• Net Banking

Aspirants who want to appear for the BCECE exam 2025 have to register and fill the online application form through the exam’s official website, once the registration / application will get started.

Applicants need to follow all the below-mentioned mandatory steps in order to successfully register & apply for the BCECE 2025 exam:

Step 1: Registration

• Go to the “Online Application Portal of BCECE-2025” link available on the exam’s official website “bceceboard.bihar.gov.in”.
• Click on the “Apply Online” button.
• Fill-in all the asked details related to the registration.           

*Candidates must have an active E-Mail ID and Mobile Number to get the verification code. The contact details cannot be modified / changed later.

*The registered E-Mail ID will be used as the username of the applicant.

Step 2: Log in and Fill the Personal Information

• After successful registration, login to the account using any of the below-mentioned methods:
  • Registered E-Mail ID & Password
  • Registration Number and Date of Birth
• Enter the Captcha code as shown on the screen and click on “Sign In’.
• Fill-in all the personal details as asked and click on the “Submit & Continue” button.

Step 3: Upload Photo & Signature

• After completing the above steps, upload the best quality scanned image of photograph and signature in the prescribed format.
• Click on the “Submit & Continue” option.

Step 4: Enter the Academic Details

• Afterwards, enter all the academic qualifications / education information in the relevant field and then press “Submit & Continue”.

Step 5: Preview the Application Form

• Before proceeding ahead, carefully check all the information that is filled in the above steps.
• To edit the wrong information (if any), choose the “Back to Edit” option and enter the right details.
• Now, after finalising everything, press “Submit & Continue” to update the edited information.
• After previewing all the details, select the ‘Declaration’ checkbox and then tap the “Confirm & Submit” button.

Step 6: Payment of Exam Fees

• Click on the ‘“Proceed to Payment” button and follow the instructions.
• To pay the applicable fees online, click on the “Payment Mode”, select the ‘Online Option’ and choose any of the modes.

*Applicants have to pay the further transaction charges (if any).

Step 7: Download the Application Form

• Download the hard copy of the application form for future reference; applicants are advised to take its printout as well.

Special Points to Consider:

Here are some special points to be considered while filling the application form:

• Fill the application form in English language with capital letters only.
• Candidates must fill in their name as mentioned in previous academic documents.
• Students must provide the permanent address in the application form.
• While filling-in the form, select the ‘category’ as per the codes specified by the exam conducting authority.

Candidates cannot modify their application form once it gets submitted, neither it can be withdrawn nor the paid examination fee will get refunded.

Candidates who forgot their passwords can follow the below-mentioned steps for retrieving it in order to successfully login:

• Go to the “Online Application Portal of BCECE-2025” and look for the ‘Forgot Password’; tap the ‘click here’ option that will redirect to the Forgot Password page.
• Select the option “E-Mail ID” or “Mobile Number” to receive the OTP.
• Enter the Email Address / Mobile Number in the respective field and click on the “Send OTP” button.
• An OTP will be  sent to the respective email account / mobile number; enter the OTP and retrieve the password. Afterwards, students can proceed for further log in.

Following are some documents specified by the exam conducting authority which are required at the time of filling the application form:

• Aadhaar Card
• 10^th Certificate & 12^th Marksheet
• Photograph
• Signature
• Character Certificate
• Income / Asset Certificate (For EWS)
• Nativity Certificate
• Caste Certificate and Disabled Quota Certificate (if applicable)
• Other Certificates (as applicable)

Applicants need to upload the documents according to the specifications prescribed by the board (BCECEB). The file size for the scanned copy of photograph and signature must be less than 100 KB. Refer to the following format that must be considered while uploading photo and signature in the BCECE application form 2025:

• Photograph:
  • The photograph must be colored, passport-size (3.5 cm to 4.5 cm) and be uploaded in 1 attempt.
  • It must not be clicked before 1^st January 2025. The face and its features (with ears) must be clearly visible.
  • The photo must be uploaded with the placard (with the date and candidate’s name mentioned).
  • Avoid using the computer / digitally generated photograph and the use of caps, goggles.

*For the downloaded application form, the attached photograph must be self attested..

• Signature:
  • Signature must not be in capital letters; candidates can use either English or Hindi language.

The window for making corrections in the application form of BCECE 2025 is expected to be opened by the 4^th Week of May 2025.

Through the correction window, applicants can edit their details, photograph and signature at the time of document correction. Only registered candidates will get the chance to make changes in their application form.
