ATMA Registration 2025 (Ongoing): How to Fill Application Form, Fees, Last Date, Documents

The AIMS (Association of Indian Management Schools), the exam conducting body, has begun the online ATMA registration 2025 for February session from 24th December 2024. Eligible candidates can register for the ATMA exam 2025 (February session) till 2nd February 2025. Students who successfully register themselves will be able to appear in the ATMA exam 2025 for February session on 16th February 2025.

* After completion of the registration process, candidates can start exam preparations according to the ATMA exam pattern 2025.

It is mandatory for the eligible candidates to use a valid contact number and Email ID for the payment of registration fee. The payment cannot be made through cash / cheque / DD (Demand Draft). Candidates filling the application form for ATMA 2025 have to pay the registration fee of Rs. 2000/- using any one of the following modes:

• Debit / Credit Card
• Net Banking
• UPI

Fee concession is provided to the candidates belonging to certain categories, information about the same is mentioned in the table below:

* Students must note that the registration fee will not be refunded in any circumstances.

Candidates who meet the ATMA eligibility criteria 2025 can begin with the registration process by following the steps given below:

Step 1: Visit the official website of the exam i.e., “atmaaims.com”.

Step 2: Click on the “Register for ATMA” tab as displayed on the homepage of the website.

Step 3: Fill in the below-mentioned details for registration:

• Candidate’s Name (according to 10^th class mark sheet or Aadhar Card)
• Mobile Number
• Email Address
• State and District
  

Step 4: Click on the ‘checkbox’ and press the ‘submit’ button.

Step 5: Afterwards, an Online Fee Payment Form will appear on the screen; carefully fill in all the asked details in the form and pay the applicable fees.

Step 6: Once the fee is successfully paid, a Personal Identification Number (PID) will be sent as an SMS on the contact number and Email provided by the candidate.

* Candidates are required to save this PID for further requirements.

* Candidates who have already registered for the exam can skip the above mentioned process and directly proceed to Login.

Step 7: After receiving the PID / application number, begin to fill the Registration Form.

Step 8: Below-given details that are mandatory need to be carefully filled in the registration form:

• PID
• Candidate’s Name
• Postal Address
• Email Id
• Date of Birth
• Mobile Number
• Aadhar Number
• Preferred Test City Choice
• Educational Qualifications including the Percentage of SSC, HSC, Degree, Post graduation / Professional Degree (if applicable)
• Post qualification experience (if any)
• Choice of Institutes for reporting ATMA Scores (any 5)

* Candidates can choose only 2 preferred test cities for the ATMA exam. Any changes in the preference of the test centres are not allowed except in case of special circumstances. In such cases, a request for change has to be made at least 10 days before the day of the test.

Step 9: Upload documents such as a scanned image of the candidate's photograph and signature in the recommended format.

Step 10: Once the registration process is completed, students need to take a printout of the filled registration form for future reference.

* After the successful registration, a login password will be sent to the candidates by SMS and Email.

The candidates must have the below-mentioned documents for filling the details of the application form:

• Passport Size Photograph
• Signature
• Aadhar Card
• Mark Sheet of 10^th and 12^th Standard
• Mark Sheet of Graduation / Post Graduation (If Applicable)
