Applicants can upload the digital image of their photograph via two methods:

• Direct Transfer: Transfer the pre-clicked photograph to the computer / laptop & crop it in a way that the students’ head and shoulders are occupying most of the image. Now, resize the photograph between 50 KB – 100 KB; save the image and upload.

• Using a thick tip blue / black ink pen (fountain ink pen preferred), sign within the drawn box.

• Now, using a digital camera, click a clear image of the signature. Avoid using flashlights.
• Transfer the digital image of the signature to the laptop / computer & crop the image till the borders are reached or else, scan only the box with signature using a scanner.
• Resize the image between 20 KB – 100 KB.

Left Thumb Impression

• On a white paper, draw a box having dimensions 4cm width x 3cm height on a white sheet of paper.
• Using a fresh black / blue coloured inkpad, carefully print the left thumb impression with clear impression of lines, and it should not be blurred / smudged.
• Using a digital device, click a picture of the thumb imprints under bright light arrangements and transfer it to the laptop / computer or scan the digital image.
• Crop the image till its drawn borders & resize it between 20 KB – 100 KB.
