B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is a full time 4 years or 8 semesters undergraduate course for students with science background. Earlier, computer science was the only branch that was offered to engineering students in the field of computer and technology. Artificial Intelligence
The word Artificial Intelligence is made up from two words - “Artificial” and “Intelligence”. It means thinking capability just like humans. In common words, it means manufacturing and coding the machines that can perform human tasks with the human-like thinking power.
In other words, we can say that Artificial Intelligence is the technology that can match human intelligence to reduce human efforts. AI creates intelligent systems to solve complex tasks.
An example for Artificial Intelligence is Voice assistant. With the advancement of technology, we can now listen to our favorite song without even touching the device. Siri, Alexa, Google Assistant are some of the best examples of AI applications. Google maps is another best example of the same.
Machine Learning
Machine learning and Deep learning are both related to Artificial intelligence. ML is basically predicting and analysing the pattern based on the previous data without any external programming or coding.
A good example for machine learning is whenever you purchase from an e-commerce website, it keeps on suggesting you the products based on your recent purchases. Same way, based on your past interests, Netflix, Prime Video, Disney hotstar recommends you similar web series or videos.
