Govind Ballabh Pant Institute of Engineering and Technology Garhwal Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

The infrastructure of this institute is good. Departments and lectures rooms are good. There is a Mahatma Gandhi Auditorium (M.G Auditorium) in this institute in which all different events and performances take place. There is an Administration Office for official works. Some buildings and hostel are newly built. Lecture rooms are equipped with a white board and a smart board. The campus has some shops for food and stationary. There is also Shiv Mandir and Hanuman Mandir in institute campus where students can visit anytime. There is a SBI Bank and ATM inside the institute campus. There are two grounds (not that big) where students can play different sports.

The campus is very large and also very beautiful. The view of our college is so mesmerizing. The infrastructure of our college is well developed even if it is constructed over mountains.

There are so many clubs in our college which you can join according to your interest. Also every department has its own society which you can join / volunteer if you want to. There are fests in our college namely Goonj and Josh which are held in alternative years and also there is a cultural fest that is Footloose which is held every year.Read Full Review

One thing which I like here is the institute’s infrastructure which is very good. We have different buildings for every branch that makes a total of 8 buildings with a beautiful auditorium and an administrative hall. A 3-floor library is present in the campus with different types of books for different branches. One drawback about the library is that it is only stocked with course related books.

Overall, campus life is good, as there is always something going on like fest, events, seminar, campaigns, sports event, branch wise competitions and many more. My opinion about the campus which I dislike is that the hostel curfew timing is 9:00 pm for boys and for girls its 6:00 pm.Read Full Review
