The college has a guidance and counseling cell which provides placement assistance to the students. Various training and development programs help students in increasing their ability and skills for a better future. To prepare students for campus placement, the cell organises various workshops, seminars, conferences, etc.

The college has excellent infrastructure and facilities within the campus for the development of the students. Seminar hall of the college has all the modern facilities and can accommodate around 100 students. Creativity room, music room, etc help students in enhancing their academic morale. The college has several infrastructure facilities which can be understood in the following points:

• Library: The library of the college is divided into 2 sections, one for M.Ed programme and the other one is for B.Ed & D.Ed. It is well stocked with a rich collection of more than 17,000+ books, 15+ national journals, 20+ magazines, research papers, thesis, dissertations, etc and can accommodate around 200 students. To access the e-books and e-journals, the library subscribes to DELNET software. Moreover, the library also provides facilities like book bank, photo copying, printing, and scanning.
• Computer Lab: A fully furnished computer lab is provided to the students in the college campus. It is equipped with the latest updated computer systems, projectors, OHP, etc. Internet facility is also provided to the students along with all the modern technologies. 
• Laboratories: The campus has fully furnished and spacious laboratories which are equipped with all the necessary equipments for the experiments. Psychology lab, science & mathematics resource centre, social studies lab, language lab, and many others. The labs in the college are enabled with ICT facilities for imparting effective practical training to the students.
• Sports: The College provides sports facilities for both indoor and outdoor games within the campus. The facilities are available for games like Badminton, volleyball, handball, table tennis, kho-kho, basketball, carom, chess, etc. For the physical development of the students. Separate common rooms are available in the campus which is enabled with indoor games facilities. Sports tournaments are organised by the college.
• Multi-Purpose Hall: For organising the college functions, a spacious and furnished hall is available which can accommodate about 400 students at a time.
• Auditorium: An auditorium with a seating capacity of around 200 students is available in the college which is used for conducting co-curricular activities like debates, quizzes, etc.
