Jamia Millia Islamia University New Delhi Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

The infrastructure of university is fine. However, it has quite a big room for improvement as the university stands much high. In my point of view, JMI can avail us with much better facilities by bring improvements in classrooms, enhancement of visual aids, and climate control facilities.

The campus life, academics, extra-curricular activities, and social events here are pretty nice. Students with a diversity of backgrounds come together to learn and grow harmoniously. There's just something extra to be found on campus about cultural festivals and technical events, which actually forms a significant portion of it. There are so many clubs and associations catering to all types of interests, from sports to literature, where each student finds his or her place. Events such as fests and competitions encourage each one to show our talent and make memories that will last a lifetime. The academic load can be enormous, but there's always that close-knit peer support system and professors easily approachable if things get a bit rough. Infrastructure and campus of Jamia Millia Islamia University is very good and green and very big. Campus size is very big and is located in city which gives good off campus life also. University has a very good library also for all departments and also a central library and reading hall also. Jamia Millia Islamia University has few canteens which allow students to have a good meal at very low prices. It has a sports complex, and many more facilities.

Campus life of Jamia Millia Islamia University is amazing and fabulous. Campus is ragging free. The campus is green which allows students to hangout with friends and the campus is open till night so students can enjoy campus life all day and night. Jamia Millia Islamia University also allows off campus life like you can go to Batla House or Zakir Nagar for shopping and for food, The food in Zakir Nagar is very good and affordable also. The University covers vast land. It consists of 20-22 different gates. There are separate departments for each subject and the classes are of moderate size with Great ventilation facilities. Each gate contains minimum 2 canteen which serves clean and hygiene food. There is a separate hospital owned by Jamia University in which the cost of medication for students is free and talking about the sports there is a sports complex which has all types of ground and courts.

The campus life so far has been of great pleasure. The crowd and classmates here are very friendly and they are always ready to help each other. There are various type of clubs like of singing, dancing, review writing, etc. There are many auditoriums which are spread all across the campus. This hosts the event occasionally. There is also the foundation day which is celebrated each year at Jamia in the last week of October.Read Full Review
