Jamia Millia Islamia University New Delhi Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

The infrastructure of university is fine. However, it has quite a big room for improvement as the university stands much high. In my point of view, JMI can avail us with much better facilities by bring improvements in classrooms, enhancement of visual aids, and climate control facilities.

The campus life, academics, extra-curricular activities, and social events here are pretty nice. Students with a diversity of backgrounds come together to learn and grow harmoniously. There's just something extra to be found on campus about cultural festivals and technical events, which actually forms a significant portion of it. There are so many clubs and associations catering to all types of interests, from sports to literature, where each student finds his or her place. Events such as fests and competitions encourage each one to show our talent and make memories that will last a lifetime. The academic load can be enormous, but there's always that close-knit peer support system and professors easily approachable if things get a bit rough. The infrastructure of Jamia Millia Islamia is pretty good. It has a campus area of 235 acres. The University has more than 50+ graduation program. University is equipped with top notch library facility (separate library for engineering students), Labs, seminar halls, 3 big Auditorium - Ansari auditorium, FET auditorium and architect. Having 5 big canteens that provide all the famous cuisine of nation at affordable rates. The sports complex of Jamia is equipped with all the games equipment and courts (cricket ground: women's world cup was also played in this ground), basketball court, badminton court, etc.

The thing I enjoyed the most is the campus life of Jamia Millia Islamia. Late nights outing, campus explorations, discovering the new tech societies, cultural societies, dance clubs, etc. I am personally member of cultural society and tech society. Every year there are months of fests and engagement which are mostly February- march where different artists come to perform and enjoy. Last year fest ‘zephyr’ was such a success.Read Full Review

Infrastructure and campus of Jamia Millia Islamia University is very good and green and very big. Campus size is very big and is located in city which gives good off campus life also. University has a very good library also for all departments and also a central library and reading hall also. Jamia Millia Islamia University has few canteens which allow students to have a good meal at very low prices. It has a sports complex, and many more facilities.

Campus life of Jamia Millia Islamia University is amazing and fabulous. Campus is ragging free. The campus is green which allows students to hangout with friends and the campus is open till night so students can enjoy campus life all day and night. Jamia Millia Islamia University also allows off campus life like you can go to Batla House or Zakir Nagar for shopping and for food, The food in Zakir Nagar is very good and affordable also. University and departments conduct fests and events regularly.Read Full Review
