Yes, our hostel has residential facilities but I am a day scholar and I don't know about hostels that well. Whatever I have heard about hostels is that hostel is very good and facilities provided include everything and anything that you can imagine. The warden here is also very good. The food is available to the students thrice in a day and the food is very good. The food is available according to the day. Yes, Bhilai Institute of Technology does offer hostel facilities for both boys and girls. The hostel fees are around Rs. 40,000 per semester for both boys and girls. The boy’s hostel for every year is inside the campus itself but the girl’s hostel is around 1 km outside the institute campus. The hostel infrastructure is quite old; although the institution is trying to renovate the buildings. The first year hostel has been renovated and is now "good enough" to live in. There's 24/7 water and electricity as you might expect. Free Wi-Fi too. Mess food is good. Hostel timings for 1st year boys are till 6:30 pm only. Not later than that. And after first year, boys outing are allowed up to 10 PM at night.Read Full Review

Yes, there is hostel facility inside the campus. Boys hostel and girls hostel are totally separate. Boys hostel is inside the campus and girls hostel is outside the campus, some little distance from the campus. Hostel fee structure is Rs. 80,000/- per year that means Rs. 40,000/- per semester. Mess food is good enough to survive the graduation. To be honest, when the first year students are coming to visit the campus during their admission time then their parents also come with them and only that season mess food is made delicious. In first year, after 7 pm no students are allowed to go outside the campus. And in second year, after 10 pm no students are allowed to go outside the campus. Overall experience in hostel is obviously good because day by day relationship with the hostel mates are getting better and very much enjoyment is there when you are hosteller.Read Full Review
