Bharat Institute of Technology [BIT Meerut] was established in the year 2001 as a Private Educational Institution. BIT Meerut is approved by AICTE and BTE, accredited by NBA, and is affiliated with AKTU, Lucknow. The Corporate Affairs Development Center (CADC) at BIT Meerut is a part of the Training and Placement Cell of the institute. The Department has been designed to prepare students with a high level of professionalism through providing them training and guidance. Students from the first year to final year of their courses have to undergo training sessions to acquire professional etiquettes like Body Language, Interpersonal Behaviour, Presentation Skills, Confidence, Reasoning Skills, Verbal Ability, and other capabilities. The institute conducts Online Skill Assessment Tests on regular intervals so that students can acquire industry knowledge and competency skills. The Placement Cell makes sure that students are provided with necessary support and infrastructure to facilitate smooth selection procedure. The academic alliance with reputed corporations allows the institute to provide students with professional and employable capabilities. The Department also organises Industrial visits to provide students with real industrial exposure.
