The campus of MIET has a finely designed infrastructure and different facilities for creating an effective learning environment. There are different clubs in the institute that play a vital role in creating an engaging and intellectual environment by organising different activities and events. The classrooms at MIET have LCD projectors and proper seating facility. The classrooms are also equipped with Wi-Fi facilities. The campus has a lush green environment and several gardens with decorative plants and trees. Various facilities that are available at the institute for the students are:

• Laboratories: The institute has more than 70 laboratories that provide practical knowledge to the students. These laboratories are equipped with modern and latest equipment that offer practical exposure to the students. Some of these labs are Reaction Engineering Lab, Chemical Technology Lab, Machine Design Lab, Integrated Circuits Lab, and many more.
• Library: The library at MIET has an adequate amount of reading and learning resources including approx 1,78,417 books, 255 national journals, 30 international journals, and more. The students also have access to electronic information resources for research materials, case studies, online databases, etc.
• Hostel: MIET has 2 boy’s hostels and 1 girl’s hostel. These hostels can accommodate around 360 and 200 students respectively. Internet facilities are also available in the hostels. In addition to this, facilities for gym, yoga, common room, indoor games, and outdoor games are also available in the college. Residential facilities for faculty and a guest house are also present in the campus.
• Computing Facility: MIET has around 30 computer labs that have computers with the latest software. 24x7 internet facilities are available throughout the campus.
• Auditorium: MIET has 4 auditoriums with state-of-the-art infrastructure. Various training sessions, conferences, guest lectures, and cultural activities are organised in these auditoriums of the institute. Each auditorium has a capacity to accommodate approximately 250 people.
• Seminar Hall: There are more than 10 seminar halls in the institute. These halls are equipped with Wi-Fi facilities, LCD projector and air conditioners. Each seminar hall has seating facilities for more than 150 people at a time.
• Sports: Facilities for different outdoor games like football, volleyball, cricket, basketball, hockey, and more are provided to the students at MIET. In addition to this, indoor games like carrom, chess, table-tennis, etc are also played in the institute. For promoting fitness and physical health of the students, the institute also has gym, yoga and martial arts training as well.
• Canteen: The canteen at MIET offers nourishing and delicious food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The canteen facility can be availed by all students and staff members.
