The campus of SPSU straddles along NH 76 and spreads across a 100 acres area dotted with plants and trees. Udaipur, the city, located closest to the University, is about 19 kms away. Landscaping of the campus has been done keeping eco-friendly aspects in mind. Nearly fifty distinct species of shrubs and trees provide a green cover, making the campus appear strikingly verdant.
The University has 24 classrooms in total housed in two distinct blocks. The campus area also houses chemistry, physics, biotechnology, mechanical civil, electrical, electronics & communication engineering laboratories. The campus contains a large e-learning room, numerous lecture halls, and computer labs.
The fully automated library of SPSU is a veritable treasure trove with a vast collection of textbooks, reference books, journals, CDs, and DVDs, etc. Students and teachers can readily access the library that stocks both online and offline resources about all areas of engineering, technology, and management, and related subjects.
The library takes advantage of a software system for managing all in-house operations, including library members’ registration cataloging, serial control, and circulations, etc. Throughout the college as a commitment towards promoting ecologically sustainable growth, the management has installed solar panels.
Sir Padampat Singhania University campus also houses a spacious auditorium for organizing cultural, social, and sports events, and business seminars. A resident medical officer available round the clock caters to the medical needs of the students of students, faculties, and staff members. The University also has its ambulance and collaborations with the most reputed hospitals in the city of Udaipur.
Bank of Baroda has set up an ATM inside the campus that all University residents can access at any time. Students also make the most of indoor and outdoor sports facilities including but not limited to chess, football, and cricket. SPSU has set up solar panels for 100% power backup with a view to environmentally sustainable further growth and development.
