The college has a training and placement cell that is dedicated towards the overall growth and development of the students. It provides training sessions to the students in order to polish their skill sets and to make them industry ready. Several activities that are organised by the cell are Career Counseling Sessions, Pre-Placement Talks, Group Discussions, Pre Placement Training, Employability Skills Training etc. The training and placement cell plays a vital role of establishing and maintaining strong contacts with reputed and recognised organisations.

The campus of Vidya Bharati Mahavidyalaya is spread over 2.5 acres and has various modern facilities that provide a conducive learning environment to the students. The college also has several laboratories, instruments and ICT tools that are used by the students for practical implementation of skills and knowledge. • Library: The College has a spacious library that provides a peaceful learning environment to the students. The library has a rich collection of learning resources like textbooks, reference books and e-books for catering the academic requirements of the students. The library has approx 57466 books, 2800+ reference books, and 99 journals. In addition to this, it also has access to around 6000 e-journals.
• Canteen: Vidya Bharati Mahavidyalaya has separate dining areas for the students and faculty members. Nutritious and freshly prepared meals and snacks are offered by the canteen at pocket friendly rates. It also provides a relaxing environment to the students and faculty members.
• Gym: The College has set up separate gyms for boys and girls while keeping the physical fitness of the students in mind. Latest equipment is provided to the students in the gym for boosting their self-esteem and confidence.
• Sports: Vidya Bharati Mahavidyalaya provides facilities to the students for various indoor and outdoor games. Some of these games are Table Tennis, Shuttle, Badminton, Chess, Carom, Football, Hockey, Kabaddi, Volleyball, Basketball, and Cricket. In addition to this, various sports events are also organised by the college in order to motivate and encourage the students.
