Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development Placements: Average & Highest Package 2024, Pune

Our batch was a record breaker as one of our batch mate grabbed an offer worth 80k $ a year. The average CTC during our time was Rs. 14 lakhs per annum and there’s a competition among SIMB and SCMHRD. You can check the stats as SIMB beat SCMHRD in average CTC but in highest offer SCMHRD is much ahead of SIMB. Not just SIBM but placement like the top-10 B Schools, SCMHRD has 100% placement record. One thing that we were taught during our placement training was that never change job frequently. I have stick to what we were taught and the Alumni meet will also help the stats as most of them are working with the same organization for over 10 years and that is the success mantra that they have followed. Being an HR manager it’s a responsibility along with powers. The college has not only got us the placements but has also taught us that we will be carrying the college tag along. Since Jio was its full run a lot of mobile careers actually showed interest in our batch. Companies like Voda-Idea, Reliance Jio and Airtel were all there. The friends at the campus have turned foes today as me and my bestie are working for rival companies. The point here is that all got placed and the placement record of SCMHRD since 2012 is 100%. I don’t think even SIBM has a 100% placement record but SCMHRD does. Other than mobile careers, IT and Auto companies were also there and the average CTC of our batch was Rs. 14 lakhs. The highest was in dollars as American multinational Cognizant took 3-4 students from our batch and in Indian currency the offer was around Rs. 48 lakhs per annum.Read Full Review
