The college has a placement cell that facilitates a range of career opportunities to undergraduate and postgraduate students. The placement cell guides and helps the students in career planning by organising career counseling sessions. In addition to this, different training sessions are also organised by the cell for personal and professional development of students.

Placement programs are also held in the college each year. Some of the companies that are invited in the college during the placement program are Axis Bank, Capgemini, HDFC Bank, Jaro Education, Wipro, Tata Consultancy Services, Godrej, Goldman Sachs, and many more.

The campus of Christ College Pune is located in the center of the city. The campus has lush green lawns, trees, properly maintained gardens and playgrounds that provide a positive and fresh environment to the students. Various extracurricular activities are organised in the college for maintaining an engaging environment in the college. Christ College Pune has formed various clubs for the all round development of the students. Economics Club, Political Club, Literary Club, Cultural Club, and Photography Club are some of these clubs. Internet connection is also available in the library. It has a rich collection of approximately 9488 books, 15 periodicals, 6 newspapers and other resources.
• Sports: Christ College Pune is highly focused on the physical fitness and growth of students. Facilities for various indoor and outdoor games are provided by the college. There are courts on campus for different games like volleyball, football, basketball and net cricket. In addition to this, different tournaments are also organised by the college for students to showcase their skills.
