For a positive and successful placement experience, the university has established an active and well-functioning Placement Cell. This cell is designed to make the process of recruitment easy, comfortable, and flexible. The cell assists the students in finding the right opportunity with proper employability skills and knowledge. The major objective of the cell is to develop professional skills in students along with providing them with hands-on experience through excellent internship opportunities. Students get a chance to work and learn via summer internship programs in renowned companies.
This cell also trains and prepares the students for interviews by organising training sessions that include mock interviews, group communications, resume building, and practicing online tests. These sessions help the students in becoming employable and develop self-confidence in students. The cell has maintained healthy relations with multiple national and international companies to conduct on-campus placement drives along with various seminars, workshops, conferences, guest lectures, etc. Moreover, to support and promote the idea of business and entrepreneurship, the university has started collaborating with student startup ideas and policies.

Navrachana University is a leading University in Vadodara popular for providing higher education to students in the field of Management, Engineering, and Humanities. The Navrachana Education Society established the University in 2009 under the Gujarat Private Universities Act. In 2010 the University got recognition by the UGC (University Grants Commission), and AICTE approval. Navrachana University heads five schools under it - School of Environmental Design & Architecture, School of Engineering & Technology, School of Business & Law, School of Liberal Studies & Education and School of Science. Further, the University prepares the merit list of eligible candidates depending on the marks scored in the relevant entrance test.
