The DYPIM courses include the ones at postgraduate levels – namely, the MBA and MCA programs, as discussed below.
The Institute’s MBA course is a 2-year, postgraduate-level and full-time one. The course’ seat intake is 120 that are allotted to candidates who qualify for different tests such as the state-level and university-level ones.
The course curriculum entails oral as well as written presentations and group projects. Through the programs, the pupils are equipped to work as managers while adjusting to the changing business scenarios. Moreover, they can develop skills in areas such as International Business & Management, Operations, Human Resources, Finance, and Marketing.
Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for the Institute’s MBA course require the candidate to secure a graduation degree, having a minimum score of 50% aggregate marks, and from a recognized State or University. Alternatively, the aspirant should have a Masters degree, with 50% marks or above, and from a recognized University. The reserved categories have the benefit of 5% relaxation in terms of their scores.
Also, the candidate’s performance in entrance exams - such as the AMMI MBA CET or MAH MBA CET - is taken into consideration.
The College’s 3-year, full-time, postgraduate-level MCA course trains the pupils to meet the IT requirements of industries. The course focuses on developing complex computer applications and software. More so, there is emphasis on imparting functional knowledge in varied areas. After successful completion of the program, the graduates can pursue careers in the IT industry.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the College’s MCA course, the candidate has to clear the 10+2 standard exams from a recognized Board. Also, their mandatory subjects should include Mathematics / Statistics.
Or, the applicant must have a graduation degree (or equivalent) from recognized Boards and in any discipline. Also, they should secure minimum 50% aggregate marks. Even so, the reserved classes have 5% relaxation.
For MCA admissions, the authorities select the applicants on the basis of their scores in the MAMI MCA CET or MAH MCA CET exams. Accordingly, the seats are allotted via CAP that the Maharashtra DTE conducts.
The aspirants in the final year are graduation can apply, too.
