Asian School of Business Trivandrum: Admission 2025, Fees, Scholarship

Situated in Trivandrum, the Asian School of Business provides quality education to students in the field of management. The institute has been recognised internationally for forming a competent student community and has an emphasis on improving the quality of education it provides with each academic session.

Established in 2005, the institute provides an MBA program that is approved by AICTE and recognised by the Cochin University of Science and Technology.  The institute’s purpose is to enhance the student’s Communication Skills, Critical Thinking, Leadership Skills, and Information Management Capabilities by teaching them modern business practices.

The faculty at the institute is diligent and focuses on providing proper knowledge to them. It also aims to provide details on the professional code of conduct and responsibilities.

The candidates willing to apply at the institute need to qualify the following eligibility criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 50% marks in aggregate
• A valid score in any of the Management Aptitude tests: CAT/ KMAT/ C-MAT
• 5% Relaxation is given to the candidates belonging to the Non-Creamy layer of Kerala State
• The Score of the Group Discussion and Personal Interview taken by ABS will be considered at the time of admission.

The applicants willing to pursue MBA from ABS can apply online through the website or they can get the application form at the institute’s office. After applying the candidates will be called in for a Group Discussion and Interview. They are selected on the basis of the Merit list which is prepared using the scores of the Management Aptitude Test, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview.

The offer letters are sent to the selected applicants through speed post and they are informed about the date of joining as well.

The college offers the following scholarships to the students:

• Merit Scholarships: 50% concession is given to those who have an offer letter from any reputed Management Institute in India. The top 3 rank Holders of any university can also apply for this scholarship.
• Merit cum Means Scholarship: The top 3 rank holders who score 70% in the qualifying examination will be awarded this scholarship.
• Diversity Scholarship: 10% Concession is offered to students from other states outside of Kerala. The students will be selected on the basis of merit plus performance in academics in the qualifying examination and contribution to the extracurricular activities.
• Scholarship for the Children of ‘Protectors of the Nation’: Wards of the Defence Personnel will be given a 10% concession in the tuition fee. The children of Deceased defence personnel or someone with a disability above 40% will be given a 30% concession in the tuition fee.
• GMT Foundation Scholarship: This Scholarship is awarded to one student per batch. The students can claim the scholarship if they have scored 80% marks or more in School and Degree examinations. In case there are more candidates, the selection will be done based on the merit list.
