TCSC has a Training and Placement Cell which assists students in getting suitable jobs. It serves as a connecting link between students and companies. It works diligently for overall development of students. It conducts training programs to enhance the skills of students. These program includes communication skill, time management skill, and stress management skill. It also conducts placement activities like mock interview sessions, guest lectures, interaction with industry and academic experts, etc. It also provides internship opportunities to students.

It conducts campus recruitment drives, in which it invites various well known companies. Some of the companies are Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, Bharat Petroleum, Accenture, Sutherland, J.P. Morgan, Asian Paints, Wipro, Kotak Life Insurance, IDBI Bank, Tata Consultancy Services, The Times of India, etc.

Apart from this, college has an Entrepreneurship Cell that assists students who want to initiate their start-up and want to transform their innovative business ideas into reality. Cell conducts guest lectures, start-up discussion, etc. Besides, college also has a Career Counselling Cell that conducts career counselling sessions for students. It focuses on aptitude and communication skills of students. In addition to this, it provides training and guidance to students for competitive exams like GRE, TOEFL, IIT-JAM, CAT, etc. and assists students in preparation of govt. job examinations like UPSC, MPSC, Banking, etc.

TCSC has an excellent modern infrastructure. It has a Wi-Fi enabled and lush green campus spread over an area of approximately 1.81 acres. College has ICT Classrooms, Internet Room, Presentation Room, Research and Development Center, Digital Library, Book Bank, Canteen, First Aid Room, etc. Apart from this, it has various clubs and committees like Swami Vivekananda Committee, Examination Committee, Discipline Committee, Nature Club, etc.

Besides, various extracurricular activities are organised in college campus. It includes NCC and NSS Camps, cultural fests, dance, drama, music, quiz, etc. Students are also facilitated with various facilities of which few of them are mentioned below:

• Library: College has a well stocked library. It has a collection of approx. 59,834 books, encyclopedia, journals, reference books, etc. It constitutes different sections like reference section, reading hall, stack room, and newspaper and magazine section. Besides, students are also allowed to access online tools as resources for their reference purpose.
• Laboratories: TCSC has well equipped laboratories for learning by experiment process. It has computer labs with internet connectivity, well equipped science labs of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Electronics, and Biotechnology in college.
• Auditorium: A well furnished and air-conditioned multipurpose hall is there in college. The hall is used for conferences, cultural events, and academic interactions.
• Seminar Hall: An air-conditioned and well furnished seminar hall is there in college. It is equipped with tools like modern audio-visual equipment. The hall is used for seminars, workshops, training programs, presentations, guest lectures, etc.
• Sports and Games: In College there is an active Sports Department that conducts numerous sports activities for students. It includes sports like Cricket, Football, Basketball, Carrom, Table Tennis, Martial Arts, Judo, etc.
