Formerly known as EIILM University, Sikkim Alpine University started its operation in 2006 to fulfill the academic and technical requirements of the students with a combination of creativity and innovative skills. This university was established under the act of Government of Sikkim and it is approved by UGC and AICTE. It is recognised by Sikkim Nursing Council, BCI, and PCI.
