IHM Faridabad Fees Structure & Courses 2025

There were six semesters, and in each semester, we had six subjects. All the theory subjects were also practical subjects. From the fourth semester, we go for industrial training for six months. Most of us were placed in five-star hotels for training as I was placed in Park Plaza Faridabad, and we were also offered a stipend of Rs. 1500. During training, we were made to work like workhorses as I used to work 14-15 hours a day. The companies started coming to the companies during the final year as more than classes, we had classes on placements training. In hotel management, one thinks that we are taught how to cook the whole day. Food processing was my forte and that is what I did. Having said that, we were also taught all the know-how of the business right from QSRs to a 5-star hotel. We had guest rooms as good as five-star hotel rooms to train us. The best kitchen and marketplace to make us learn the procurement part. So from front end to back end, we were taught everything in a simplified manner that studying here never took any pounding.Read Full Review
