Government Autonomous College Rourkela Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

The college is likely to expand. New branches are being made with the inclusion of new academic blocks too. The plan is to make the College into a University. It will eventually take its time but by the looks of it and the branches like MBA, Mass Communication, and BCA it's likely to attract more students in the coming years. The time I have spent here, it had some cool wall art and a nice auditorium that would capacitate nearly 300 students at a time. It does not have those high towers but decent academic counters, blocks, and hallways.

To be very honest campus life is so strict. The crowd is always there but it's the management that's making no difference. The Students here are very amiable and mostly belong to the western Odisha region. The reason for it could be that the only college better than this is out of this district. As far as fests are concerned there is none and cultural showdown & activities are a rare sight. Having said it many times to the official authorities, it rang no bell on their deaf ears. Inter District, Zonal Competition, debates, and sports are conducted there.Read Full Review
