St Bede's College Hostel Fees: Rooms, Food & Rules, Shimla

The college offers hostel facility for the students coming from outside the state. The hostel has around 60 rooms divided into 3 floors for batches of each year and each floor has a common washroom. Mess facility serves food 4 times in a day and food is good. The hostel is pretty strict as it allows outings only on Sundays and makes sure the students go to the college every day. I lived in hostel for 2 years which were very difficult. I had a regular problem with food due to which I had to change to private residence in my last year. Rest rooms, hygiene and staff were very helpful and supportive all the time. The timings were there but if we had valid reasons we got to stay out late too. But there was not very much to do outside college so I stayed in everyday unless I had to go home on holidays. It's just the food was not for me.Read Full Review
