The Training and Placement Cell at RTCIT conducts extensive training programs to increase technical and soft skills of students. Proper career planning is facilitated by the cell to make student’s future bright. The cell offers internships to students for facilitating practical industry exposure for them.

RTC Institute of Technology is located in lush green fields which provide a serene environment to students for studying. The campus provides 24/7 uninterrupted internet facility to students and has ICT enabled classrooms to support e-learning. Below mentioned state of art facilities are used to facilitate excellent academic life by students:

• Library: RTCIT has a fully furnished central library which is also known as the Learning Resource Center. It is developed on an area of 500 square meters and is equipped with around 17000 books, national & international journals, magazines, and many other reading resources. A digital library is available to access e-books and resources like DELNET, NPTEL, ORACLE, etc.
• Laboratories: Each department has modern laboratories which are equipped with necessary tools, equipments, and experimental set-ups to support practical learning. Some of them are stated below:

  • Computer Labs and many other laboratories.
• Hostel: Separate hostels are available for boys and girls at RTCIT Ranchi campus. The hostel mess provides hygienic and nutritious food to students. 24/7 electricity supply, transport, medical, recreational facilities, and many other facilities are available. Security guards are appointed to look after the safety of students
• Canteen: The campus comprises a centralised canteen which has a large sitting area. It serves quality and nutritious food to students at nominal prices.
• Sports: RTCIT has excellent indoor and outdoor sports infrastructure and facilities such as cricket field, football ground, basketball court, volleyball court, table tennis, etc. Students are encouraged to participate in inter university and state level tournaments. Moreover, an open air gym is also available for the physical well being of students.
• Medical Facilities: Round the clock first aid facilities are provided to students in the health centre of the institute which is operated by a medical officer and a health assistant. Students are taken to nearby hospitals in case of emergency.
