The college comprises of a very friendly teaching and non-teaching staffs. All of the professors are great and expert in their respective subjects. Most of them are M. Tech and PhD holders. They are willing to contribute to the development of every individual student in the college. they put their maximum effort for that. The mode of teaching is little outdated though. MES college of engineering and technology has brilliant staff to maintain its quality. The faculties are mostly with a master’s degree and rest of them are with Ph.Ds.
