The Career Development Cell of the LNCTS supports students by facilitating proper career guidance and assisting them in choosing the right career option. The Training and Placement Cell of the college maintains its relationship with the corporate sector to secure placement opportunities for the students by conducting campus interviews. Personality development training is provided for making students industry ready. The cell takes various initiatives throughout the year, and organises various training programs for increasing the soft and technical skills of the students. Group discussion, mock interview sessions, workshops, seminars, webinars, etc are conducted for the personal and professional development of the students. College facilitates internship programs to provide practical exposure to the students for them to gain knowledge about the corporate.

LNCTS has an excellent infrastructure and modern facilities for holistic development of the students. Smart classrooms for facilitating e-learning by the students are available and which are equipped with LCD projectors, blackboard, audio visual aids, and other equipments. A seminar hall with required facilities is available in the college campus along with a comfortable seating facility. • Library: The central library of the college has a rich collection of textbooks, reference books, national & international journals, magazines, periodicals, and many other resources. This library has a seating capacity of around 200 students. 15+ fully updated computer systems are provided to the students in the digital library. Departmental libraries are also available for providing quick access to all the e-resources. Book bank facility is also available.
• Laboratories: For facilitating practical experiments to the students in their respective subjects, the college has various well equipped and highly maintained laboratories.
• Hostel: Accommodation facilities are provided separately to both boys and girls within the college campus. Wi-Fi facility with high speed internet connectivity is provided to the students within the hostels.
