Yes of course. This college has a total of 10 hostels and also includes guest house for the parents to stay if they come to visit their child. I am staying at the hostel and I have to say hostel life is the best. We get lots of experience by staying with batch mates, juniors and seniors and all are skilled at their own fields. The facilities and infrastructure are really good. I have no complaints staying at the hostel.Read Full Review

The Hostel of Jorhat Engineering College is pretty good. There are currently 10 running hostels. 8 boys’ hostels and 2 girl’s hostels. 2 new hostels are being made which will be completed by this year I think. The hostel life is very good and is something I recommend. Hostel gives us a lot of experience which will be helpful in future. Each members of the hostel have different role, everyone must work from juniors to senior for the hostel to run smoothly as there is no warden in the hostel. Although there is a hostel superintendent but he doesn't stay in the hostel.Read Full Review
