    Review of a fresher
    As I have mentioned that JEC has a quite engaging learning environment, this must be because of the supportive faculty members of all branches. You have to appear in Common Entrance Examination (CEE) to enter the institute. Your age might not be more than 21 during joining the college. You have to pass your 12th with 50 percent or above in PCM. You have to be good enough to earn such high score to get admission in this prestigious institute.

    Jorhat Engineering College Honest Review
    So basically my course is Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and the branch I have chosen is Civil Engineering in JEC. So in this college we can do other courses also like BE B.Tech, MCA as well as M.Tech. So I am talking about just B.Tech as am personally involved in this course. A student has to clear the ASSAM CEE exam with good ranks to get admission in this college.

    My experience in Jorhat Engineering College
    Academically speaking the college provides the necessary knowledge of the subject and teaches the core subjects in each department. Although it completely depends on you how much extra you can learn especially for Computer Science. As the competition for placement is pretty high. Although I believe that the college should teach us the subjects that more practical and useful in today's world. Other than that there are no complains.
