Pacific University aims to develop the skills of young talent. The placement cell has earned recognition by securing an average of two employment offers for each graduating student. It conducts the most job fairs and sets records for job placements in Rajasthan. It also helps in the development of skills to improve students' employability, especially their readiness for self-employment.

It has kept the faith of its regular recruiters as they believed in the calibre of the students and hired students in large numbers while offering amazing job profiles. Each employer is now making significantly more offers, and the average salary has increased over the past years.

According to the trends, positions like managers, HR, portfolio managers, B2B marketing, media advertising, digital marketing, and data analysts are being given. Majority of students were pre-placed before their second year was over. Students have found employment locally and abroad in many different industries.

Placement data in 2021–22 shows 85 visits from different companies with an average package of 4.5 lacs. The highest salary offer/CTC was 10 LPA. Students were able to get dream job offers from Amazon, Atos Consulting IT Company, Meta cube, Tech Mahindra, and Oppo. Reliance, Kotak, HDFC, NTPC, NIIT, Jaguar, Coca Cola, HCL, TCS, Bajaj, YES Bank, and India mart are the major recruiters.

Pacific University campus has a built-up area of more than 250K square metres and is spread across 100 acres of lush green terrain. In terms of infrastructure, technology, and modern facilities, the campus satisfies all regulatory body requirements. The campus offers a superb learning environment that is accessible and free from pollution.

Library: The library supports the Institution's research and academic programs by offering access to data. According to the university's goals, they want to build up a great collection of materials/resources that will be helpful to teachers and students. The University has a large library with a total size of 1 lac sq feet that includes a stock of more than 100K books, as well as 2000 work papers, 350 theses, and also many national and global versions of publications on a variety of subjects. Online journals and e-books made available by Delnet, Sage, and other providers are also available to students.

Laboratories: Faculty members and students are permitted to research any subject of their choice in university laboratories because they are entirely independent. The labs are equipped with the most recent technology required for research in the sectors of engineering, management, dentistry, pharmacy, science, education, and business. The university has a database lab, EEE lab, EDTC lab, fluid mechanics lab, mechanical lab, computer lab, and other labs.

Hostel & Transportation: There are seven large, nicely decorated, and separately assigned dorms for boys and girls on the campus, featuring different options for both UG and PG students. Each dorm room is furnished with a double bed, small tables, closets, an attached bathroom, and toilets with a constant supply of hot water. Each hostel features a unique common area where residents may relax after long days of studying, fitted with colour television with DTH and equipment for indoor activities. The hostels also allow faculty and personnel from outside of Udaipur to live there.

The students can have clean and delicious meals and a variety of snacks at the trendy cafeteria on site. On important days, special meals are served. The institution has a fleet of buses that reliably and inexpensively transport students to the college from all parts of the city. It now has 20 buses, though that number may rise as needed.

Sports: According to the university, sports assist students to develop positive traits and a fit mind performs more efficiently. Participating in professional sport promotes positive competition, teamwork, and leadership skills. Various sports tournaments in BB, Soccer, TT, Cricket, Chess, and Hockey have been held at Pacific.

Fitness Center: The gym is nicely furnished with a multi-gym, various free weights, and aerobic apparatus, including a treadmill. The gym is excellent for gaining muscle mass, burning fat, enhancing general fitness, and preparing for certain sports.
