There is a Training & Placement Cell in the college that conducts industrial visits and research projects given by the companies to refine students’ skills. It also organises campus drive to increase the chances of their employability.

Previously, companies which have recruited students include GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), Glenmark, Advantmed, Sun Pharma, GeBBS Healthcare solutions, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratory, Aristo Pharmaceuticals, Sanofi Aventis, Neon Pharma, Arem Pharma, Nuray Life sciences, etc.

Kamla Nehru Pharmacy College Nagpur is well-built in approximately 2.9 acres of land area. The classrooms are spacious and fully furnished. The college also has special facilities including lift, wheelchairs and human assistance in times of need for people with Disabilities.

Other facilities for students include:

• Library: The library of the college is spacious enough for about 150 people. It is stacked with various resources. The library has more than 1000 Volumes, roughly 7000 Textbooks, around 2500 Titles, and about 3000+ Reference Books. Various online learning resources such as approximately 400+ journals, e-books, etc are subscribed by the library. Moreover, students have access to the Internet and reprographic facilities. 
• Laboratories: The college has well-developed laboratories that are equipped with required instruments and tools. Additionally, there is a computer lab which has updated systems with the latest software and configuration. Some of the other functional labs include:

• Auditorium: A well-equipped and digitised Auditorium is present in the campus. It has a multimedia podium, Projector with display screen, AV, and Wi-Fi connectivity. Approximately 300 students can be accommodated in the Auditorium. It is used for club and departmental seminars, etc.
• Seminar hall: A separate Seminar Hall is present for the students to organise debates, group discussions and guest lectures. LCD Projectors, Wi-Fi connectivity and a digital camera are also available within the auditorium. 
• Cafeteria: Students can get their refreshments and meals from the canteen available in the campus. They can also avail Tiffin facilities from the canteen.
• Hostel: The College has a girls’ hostel which is at the walking distance from the college. The rooms are fully furnished with facilities such as hot & cold water supply and a spacious area. It provides students with services such as hygienic mess for food, a reading room, dispensary and ambulance for emergencies. The hostel is always under tight security.
• Sports: The College actively encourages students to participate in various events namely Basketball, Volleyball, Cricket, Throw ball, etc. Indoor games are included as well such as Badminton, Carrom, Chess, etc. There is also a sports committee in the College.
• Transport: There is a bus facility available for pick-up and drop of students. The services are also available to commute to the research institutes, survey camps and industry visits.
• Other Facilities: Common room, Power Back-up, First aid room, etc.
