The campus of AY Dadabhai Technical Institute is modern and eco-friendly. It is monitored by CCTV cameras and provides security to the students and the staff.

The Institute provides these facilities:

• Library: The institute library is named as “Fatima & Hoosein Yusuf Dadabhoy Library” and it contains over 4600 books, 300 project reports, 450 CDs, 10 journals, and other resources. Reading room facility is provided in the library with a seating capacity for 50 students. Along with this, a reference section is also available which can accommodate about 10 students. Digital library facilities and book bank facilities are also available.
• Laboratories: Air-conditioned computer laboratories of the institute are equipped with updated PCs and all other required equipment and facilities like internet connectivity, CCTV cameras, etc. Moreover, each department has their individual laboratories for facilitating practical exposure of engineering principles. The labs are given below:

• Canteen: Quality and nutritious food & beverages are served by the canteen to students at affordable prices.
• Sports: Adequate outdoor sports facilities are available within the campus which includes cricket ground, volleyball ground, kho-kho ground, etc. Along with this, the institute also has a proper infrastructure for indoor games like badminton, table tennis, carom, and chess. Every year, a sports event is conducted by the institute.
• Seminar Hall: There is a seminar hall which is used to host several academic activities. It has a seating space of around 90 students.
