Mangalayatan University has a training and placement cell that works on the overall personality development of the students who are to appear for placement procedures at the university. • An auditorium with an accommodation capacity of more than 1k people at a time for pre-placement talks and other presentations.
• Residential facilities for visiting companies in the guest houses owned by the university.
• Transportation facilities are provided by the university itself for the visiting companies.
• IT infrastructure of more than 200 computer systems with internet connections is provided for easy conduction of any test is provided.

Internships: At the university summer internship programs are a compulsion for various courses like B.Tech/ Biotech/ Pharma/ MBA/ Journalism/ DTHM. These students undergo internships for a duration of 4-6 weeks depending on their course and its requirements. These internships are conducted in the month of June which is the time of summer vacations at the university.
