MTCON Ernakulam trains students through various development programs for enhancing the knowledge and skills of the students. Career orientation and counselling programs are arranged to guide students. Students are posted in the rural and urban areas of city to gain the much needed field experience. Throughout the academic year, various workshops are organised to spread awareness about the requirements of the industry.
MTCON has excellent infrastructure and amenities in the campus, the classrooms are well ventilated with proper seating facility and equipped with green board, flannel board, white board, OHP, and LCD projectors. Various committees are available in the college campus, to organise curricular and extracurricular activities.
