B.Sc. (Nursing)
It is a four years undergraduate course that covers intensive theory along with practical studies. The candidate seeking admission in this course must have crossed 17 years of age and passed PUC/10+2/ any other equivalent examination of recognized board. English should be one of the subject and Physics, Chemistry, Biology as optional. A candidate must have passed these subject on an individual basis and secured at least 45% marks in Biology, Physics, Chemistry, and English.

The graduate must have one year experience after B.Sc. nursing or minimum one year experience prior or post P.B.B.Sc. Nursing degree or Post certificate B.Sc. Nursing in nursing educational institute or hospital that has been recognized by the Indian Nursing Council. The candidate must be a registered nurse and registered midwife in any State Nursing Council. Age limit for general category is 48 years whereas 50 years for SC/ST candidates.
