The college has its own Counselling and Placement Cell to provide job assistance to the students. Mentorship and career counselling programs are conducted by the cell to guide students. Proper training is facilitated to the students in the clinical areas as this helps them in obtaining real time experience. After completing the training successfully, students get the opportunity to work in KIMS Hospital and its other branches. Moreover, the cell also provides placement assistance in GCC Countries.

The whole campus of the college is enabled with Wi-Fi to provide internet services with high speed internet connectivity. • Laboratories: In the college campus, the laboratories are well equipped with essential equipment and tools to practice the application of nursing. The nursing skills lab is available in the college with an excellent clinical environment.
• Hostel: KIMSCON Thiruvananthapuram provides hostel facility to the girl’s students. The college has 3 hostels which are enabled with all basic facilities. Mess facility is available to provide healthy and nutritious food to the students.
• Sports: To maintain the physical fitness of the students, the college organises various sports events and competitions. The college encourages healthy competitions and motivates students to participate in various sports activities.
