The Placement Cell of the college assists students by providing them career guidance and organises various development programs to increase their soft and aptitude skills. Career guidance and counseling programs provide knowledge to the students about the different career options and motivates them in pursuing the same. The college facilitates job opportunities to the students in the national and international sector.

JMCON Thrissur has various infrastructure facilities in the campus for the academic development of the students. Each and every classroom in the college is enabled with LCD projectors, black boards, and other teaching aids. Following are the amenities of the college:

• Library: The library of the college has a rich collection of more than 6,000 books, 40+ national & international journals, magazines, newspapers, periodicals, project reports, and many other resource materials. The college library has several services for the students such as book lending, reading corner, R&D services, documentation services, internet service, reprography service, etc. Digital library facility is also provided to the students with an open access system.
• Laboratories: There are 6 laboratories in the College, which are equipped with necessary equipments to practice nursing related activities. The laboratories are nutrition lab, community health nursing lab, maternal and child health lab, advanced nursing skill lab, nursing foundation lab, and computer lab.
• Hostel: The College provides accommodation facility to the girl students in the campus. The hostel rooms are fully furnished and well ventilated. The hostel, dining hall, sick room, recreational facilities, laundry area, etc are available for the students. 
• Sports: A common playground is provided which is named as “Thope Stadium” and is used for organising various sports activities. The college provides indoor and outdoor sports facilities. Chess, carom, badminton, kho-kho, and many other facilities.
• Medical Facilities: JMCON Thrissur is connected with “Jubilee Mission Hospital” to facilitate medication to the students.
• Auditorium: The campus has a spacious auditorium which accommodates around 1500 students. The college auditorium is used for organising seminars, events, meetings, conferences, and other curricular & extracurricular activities.
• Transportation Facilities: The College has its own fleet of buses to facilitate safe and secure transportation services to the students.
• Additional Facilities: Conference Hall, Canteen, Clubs, and many other facilities.
