Adarsh College of Nursing

The campus of the college is located in Patiala, Punjab covering an area of 5 acres. The college is housed within a three-storeyed building with modern amenities and classrooms with projectors, AV aids, computers, TV, DVD, sound system, etc. Other facilities for students include:

• Library: The college library has over 4000 textbooks, national and international journals, e-journals, newspapers, magazines, reprographic facilities, etc.
• Laboratories: Different laboratories cater to the training needs of nursing students including community health lab, nutrition lab, MCH lab, pre-clinical lab, etc. Moreover, there is a computer lab with 30 computers enabled with WiFi connection; students are provided regular classes for MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. in the computer lab.
• Auditorium: The college has an auditorium with a projector and sound system where seminars, presentations, debates, etc. are conducted.
• Hostel: The college has a girls’ hostel with 150 rooms available on twin sharing basis. Rooms have basic features including a bed, chairs, tables, and cupboards. Other facilities accessible by students living on campus include drinking water facility, hygienic washrooms, S.T.D., and a common room with TV, table tennis, and carrom board. The hostel mess provides nutritious food for students at affordable rates.
• Sports: The college has a playground where annual sports are conducted. Moreover, indoor and outdoor games are available.
• Other facilities: Open-air theatre, etc.
