Srinivas Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre Mangalore Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

Coming to the infrastructure of the college it is average at best. The hospital has a good infrastructure. College building consists of 3 floors. All the departments have been allocated adequate space equipped with their own labs and demo rooms. There is a canteen on campus inside the main building. The main building is also used by other allied courses. The college also has a well stacked library which has all the required books and quiet study space. The medical college campus also has the Srinivas Hospital and Srinivas Engineering College. The hospital as all the speciality OPD facility available along with a large number of beds.

The college campus has no gardens, no proper playing space with no grounds or indoor stadium. There is no space inside the college to hangout with friends. The campus crowd is mixed between MBBS, BDS and allied health course students. Students are mostly from Karnataka and Kerala. For the medical college the yearly fest is known as CHAISAMA. Which is a mix of cultural, sports and co curricular activities. Compare to other colleges like NITK the fest is underwhelming. You can easily visit Mangalore and Manipal which are 20 and 50 km respectively.Read Full Review
